Chill. When everything is going crazy and feels absolutely miserable, go chill.
Sophie likes to crawl up and quietly observe when things are going crazy. While I don’t encourage this for prolonged periods of time, I do think this is a good way to get grounded and centered again. Taking a step back to reflect on what’s going on is often a much better idea than jumping into something, potentially heated or upset.
So chill out a bit if things are getting crazy. Gather yourself if things are getting hot, and be kind to yourself.
